CANCELLATION POLICY

Booking an appointment reserves that time in the stylist's schedule.

We request 24-hour's notice if there is a need to cancel or reschedule to

avoid a fee of $25 for haircuts and $50 for color appointments.

This fee will also be applied to no-show appointments.
